Search quick disconnect doors on this site. All you do is cut the bottom ear off the door side of the hinge, & replace the pin. If you cut the heads off the bolts your gonna hate life getting it back together.

After I got the doors off, I would extract the rest of the bolt by welding a nut and wrench it out. Hope that will do it. I also have this parts jeep I was going to make half doors, but use the outside frame of the door also.
