How did you replace the ujoint step by step i'm having a hard time visualizing this moving balljoint....and the only balljoint nut you can get a impact gun on is under the axle....

yeah you don't need to mess with the balljoint's when changing a ujoint steps should be, wheel off, caliper off, the big nut on the hub off, the 3 10 point bolt's in the back of the hub that hold the hub on, tap with brass hammer remove hub and set to the side and remove shaft.

when i ran my 30 if i had the shafts out i checked or tightened my ball joints. 1 it's easier to get to the top one 2. many times on a 30 when you bust a shaft or have a bad joint it'll hit the ball joint bottom and cause it to loosen. or it could push it out seen that many times. so it actually is a common thing.
