its no too hard

just type what you want highlight the word you want the link to be, then click the insert link below the smiley face and paste your link in. then bam it's a link

I thought I was a decent sized guy,6'6 200 pounds, then I met kevin (I think that was his name) thats a big boy he has a good 4 inches in every direction on me
