I made my 3-link front and my double triangulated 4-link rear for my zj and made a 3-link for the front of my buddies cherokee

Could you make a 3 link again? What would that cost?
Is 3 or 4 link better?

cost right now is roughly 80-130 an arm depending on choice of joints and price of metal at the moment.

do you drive your rig daily or on the highway often?

Shawns saying he rubs on the rear wheel well pinch seam, that's already cut/folded!

Where is it hitting the tire? Backspacing?

No he needs to trim it out (another 1/2"-1") or bump stop it....

rubs about 3-4" into the tire...

For this jeep with these long arms is going to be for off road only. I'm use to not driving freeway due to DW. Lol.

if it's off road only then a 2 link will be just fine. they work good for on road too just not a well as a 4 link

lol, i know... I did the "bushwacker cut" its above the "pinch" seam. but not all the way around it. like here (go to pic 45) http://www.bushwacker.com/Instructions/10911_r14.pdf

Granted it all covered so you cant see it, But you could cut it like this and weld the body back to the fender and bed line it. its work though....

Or you could go the easy way out and bump stop it...
