So my friend is going to buy a cheap xj to pretty much jump and roll and destroy so I was wondering what are some good parts to get off it before and/or after we beat the hell out of it?

the options are endless. anything you would want/need? really depends on what yours has, his has, and what condition they stuff is in before/after demolition... but most things wont be worth it IMO.....

The last one he had was a two door. Are the doors different on the 2 door vs 4 door? If he gets one with better axles we are going to swap before he destroys them and going to use the doors maybe for half doors

Ya I saw that there about a month ago when I was pullin my 8.8 with Tom. Looked like they were in good shape.

So ...steppin up the tire size to 33's. Just ordered 5 Mickey MTZs. Hope I like 'em. Next is to get my lock 8.8 in. Hopefully for Winter on the Rocks.

Picking up new leaf bolts, & u bolts today. Next weekend I'm hoping to have it back in, so I can decide where I wanna put the tank, & finish plating the back of the frame.
