Let us know how that goes! The mounting would be my only concern... the wiring is cake!

Yes, yes it was. Enjoyed every minute of it. Well, I guess not EVERY minute. There was a few seconds right after the crunching sound that kinda sucked. BUt after that I was good again.

And screw the shaft, lucky # 5 i guess. Alloys will replace it.

The winch isn't pushed in, everything else is falling forward/out. It broke all the mounts off the header panel and fenders, pushed the hood over and bent the hood pins. Broke the grille and headlight bezel. But i dont think the unibody itself is tweaked, just everything else. I was backing off Eagles nest on a bad angle, the Jeep tipped driver side and the front corner caught the wall otherwise it probably would have gone over.

the taurus fan is a 2 speed fan also, putting one in an xj is not plug and play but it can be done.

here's a link to go jeeps install writeup, http://jeep-xj.info/HowtoTaurusFanInstall1.htm

this is a decent controller too. i ran it for a little while with no problems.

if you want it to come on at certain temps, get two controllers hook the low speed up to the factory circuit then the high speed up to come on at 240.
