This may be a stupid question but I noticed on the harmonic balancer there is some rubber that looks like it's Coming out of it, like some sort of seal or somthing. would that cause my jeep to make a clanking noise? Like maybe it's trowing it outta balance to make that noise.

Welcome to the world of offroad vehicles. I had to fix my passenger door today, all the twisting around on the rocks has thrown stuff outta whack and everytime the pass. door was opened it was hitting the tube on the rock slider. Uni-body's, only downside, they're not to happy about being twisted around. No serious damage from Lil Moab, nice dent in the muffler, a rock ring in the rear drive line, scraped up sliders, fresh metal where I was banging the diffs (because I'm a big dummy and totally miscalculated the position of a rock, DUR), TC skid and the hitch. Downside to only running 3" and 31's right there. Best advice, fix the little stuff while its little, let it pile up and it'll get outta hand quick.
