It does not show the brush and branches to bad.

Green bumper was my color test.

Any thing I need to do to my xj before I get out there? I read something about mud flaps? What about tires sticking out?

Thanks

Here in Utah you need to have mud flaps covering at least 50% of your tire.... and as for the fender flares, they need to cover the tire... no sticking out....
if you read back this thread, someone had posted the manual for the safety inspection here in Utah.....

And also depending in which county you will have emission or not (Up North we don't but they are not so lucky in Salt Lake.....)

Any vehicle with a modified suspension must have mudflaps covering the top half the tire and must be the width of the tire.

Any vehicle that has the tires sticking out beyond the body must be covered by a flair or extension (must cover tread).

Wheel spacers are illegal.

24" max height from ground to frame for vehicles under 4000 lbs.
