but to answer your question, did you push the axle forward at all? cause alot of the times that causes it.
i guess it is further forward, it's got adjustable short arms on a 4" lift so i guess that might move it forward to compensate for the lift. i might just be blowin **** out of my ***

measure the wheelbase and see if you pushed it forward with the adj arms. its very possible. i always let mine rub it never hurt anything.
