so here's a question, i'm thinking of building a rack for the ZJ i don't feel like welding and EMT is just lame to me. so what i'm thinking is how about PVC? i have many options of how it could be built and i got lots of rtv lying around so i think i could get it to work out.

I would build it out of wood, it has many uses. you can put lots of stuff on it, stain it almost any tone, even paint it like a fence. It would aid in floating river crossings, and If you get stranded you can use it as a raft or even fire wood!
but it wouldn't have the Sick custom PVC look...
