Looks iffy! I'm interested in seeing if it will hold up, seems a little sketchy. Theres gonna be a lot of force at work if you bottom out that shock.

I hope it holds up ill go put it to the test tomorrow . But the original hole is made out of that same pop can metal :-)

I would go get longer shocks asap and cut that thing off, this is going to rip a hole in your unibody "frame" I dont think you understand what kind of stress shock mounts get put through...

there is no leverage on the original hole like there is on your mount, plus it is several layers thick where it mounts in the stock location

Yeah I hate to say it but those are kinda... I would take his advice on this one if its the only thing you do, in all reality with that mod all your "uptravel" went out the window.
