Hey guys, I have 4 Monroe shocks from a stock height 2000 XJ with about 5k miles on them (i.e. basically new). I lifted my Jeep so I don't need them anymore. Any takers? They're freeeeeeee...
I'm near Orem, but will be driving through the Sandy area this evening around 5pm.

Been working on a Renix cherokee today. Fires up and runs and drives for a block or so then just dies. It floods itself. Any clues? Wheres that Renix fanatic guy? Haha

YES. Youre the guy. If it sits for a while it will restart for a while, but trying to start right after the stall, it wont. This jeep (used to be mine, but sold it, now helping new owner) has had issues with holding fuel pressure. Hot starts take some cranking for a minute and mashing the throttle, but always ran fine once started. Was told by an old chrysler tech that 90 xjs had a recall on a fuel line quick disconnect that would lose pressure but not fuel, so we figured this one missed the recall and thats the hard starting issue. I guess. But thisbis different. Stalls and floods.

Never heard of that TSB and I worked at a dealer from 1980 through 1992 as Service Manager and Shop Foreman.
Probably oughta rent/borrow a fuel pressure gauge and check the pressure. 31 at idles, 39 when you pull the vacuum hose from the pressure regulator on the fuel rail.
Make sure the line from the throttle body to MAP sensor is perfect.
