If it has Balljoint's and a 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern it is from a 92-98 F-350
If It has Balljoint's and a 8 on 170mm bolt pattern and is still setup for leaf spring's but has unit bearing's its from a 99-04 Ford
(but those year's can be tricky a quick way to tell is the 1 5/16 pinion nut.)
