For my build plan, its gonna be so much easier than with a cherokee. And... I just don't like cherokees haha they are just cheap that's the only reason I've got em

That's my selling point. That, and caging it is pretty much done. Just add some stuff. I think its a good move.

My plan is to have all tire for my approach and departure. Should be easy, and should give it a wheelbase pretty close to my first cherokee.

Except a yj frame is weaker than an xj poser frame. Yes you have to do a bit more work to an xj but the frame of a yj or Toyota isn't a huge upgrade like people think.

Idk I havnt wheeled a,wrangler but in sticking my xj I here the wheelbase is to short but good luck man

Ya but its still initially stronger, & better metal to weld to. (only really knowing about the TJ frame, not being experienced with the rest...)
