All of mine work after some taking apart repair, with no bypassing the child lock or splicing wires.

I love them. They do make it a slight more of a bit** to do removable doors, but screw it, I love my amenities lol, touch screen deck, redone audio(sub is next) damn Jeep is set up better than I had my Jetta. Tint looks like the nest thing that needs to get done, Anyone know a place that'll remove and retint at 5% for cheaper than 120?

No idea on the tint. I would just call around and quote everywhere.

I have a nice system except for the deck. I'd like a touch screen in my 97, but that will be a pretty penny.

That's cheap for tint and to remove it to. That's a 300 job all day long. Pay to do it or do it yourself and spend a weekend doing it. What's your time worth?

I traded my Pioneer($100) and 40 on top for the Clarion, and most shops you call will charge 300 like Junior said, paid a lil more for it on my Jetta at Ultimate car and Truck. Wont do that again.

Eh kinda, I could get all of them done including the windshield in the lightest shade for like 220 at a more reputable shop, the guy thatll do it for 120 does it out of his garage but will warrant it for life, also does audio install and detailing I think. And I would never trust myself with something like tint, cant even put a screen protector on my phone without bubbles lol, and im way to OCD about **** like that on my cars

Haha forgot, but I ordered this yesterday. Missed my Jetta switchblade key way to much so I got one lol. Like 9 bucks shipped, all you do it open up your current FOB, pop out the buttons and chip, place them in the new one, go get the key cut.

Black, no transponder here. If I had the grey Im sure theres a way to cut out the chip and just toss it in the new FOB.
