Small parts can be done locally, but I don't know about anything that long.

Yes xjs go where you point them. But what do you guys think of stubby bumpers, http://virginiafabrication.com/?page_id=165 they have one for 95 shipped, and I pm the owner to see if they can add a 2" reciever and d ring mounts

It's kinda cool. Wonder if it just uses the three regular bumper bolts or if it goes back further.

Well the winch one use 10 bolts not just the first 3. If anything im sure if he'll add some d ring mounts he can make it similar to the winch one

I only see three bolts holding it on. Id figure for another 30 bucks he would add the bracket. And does it grab the gear box it don't look like it does? For the price you could make a better bumper imo. And if your goin to make one like that might as well do a hidden winch instead and keep yours factory bumper for ****s and giggles.

I want my winch mounted to a hitch, so I can use it front or back. But I PMd him to see what it would cost for a 2" reciever, d ring tabs, and the brackets

Check out mine the I got the three front ones and then the four more holding on for the total of 14 vs 10 his grabs the bottom bolt of the gear box missing the other two. The dring are 7 bucks at tractor and the reciver hitch would be 1/4 wall square tube with gussets around the back for strenght.

The last thing I want to be doing if I'm hung up or stuck in the mud is moving a 90lb winch plus bracket and receiver around. That is why I have a ****** block and 3 extra straps. Plus I'm old and your young. LOL

Right... when its cold or you don't have a good grip and slip or even in mud another 90 pounds walking 10 back is goin to suck.

I see you paid membership.
