Are you still going to use that aluminum spacer piece or are you making one out of steel too?

 

No its just steel I had the aluminum spacer just there to hold the bushing in place while I welded it up.

 

That's cool CRok 4x4 charges a 100 bucks for the same thing. Seeing how you made yours will help me fab some.

 

We can always take mine off and you guys can get a plan from it.

 

His look good, It's a real simple concept.

 

It was pretty easy I had the other plate already and it fit in the area pretty good, so all I did was when I made my template made it smaller. The lugs are made out of 5/8 coupling cut to around 3/4 the the holes are 1/2 and the plate was 1/8 since I couldn't find any 3/16 but its still better then that alumin spacer. The outside is goin to tie my bumper and its goin to be out of 1/4 and the pass side will have a inner sleeve too.

 

Junior I still have that whole set of bolts for the box. Remember I got the upgraded ones? They still sent me a set of the others.

 

That's right I might need those for mine if not ill use them for something else
