Put your hand over the exhaust tip if you can feel a lot of air your ok if you feel only a little. It's clogged. But if it is clogged you will run hot an have no power also. I don't think there is a true way to really check if its bad other than if its obd2 an its throwin codes. But I could be wrong.
CRUISER’S VACUUM TEST FOR EXHAUST RESTRICTION
Your vacuum gauge should come with an instruction booklet outlining the procedure. Hook the vacuum gauge up to a source on the intake manifold. Start the engine and note the vacuum reading. Usually 17 to 21 inches of vacuum. Throttle the engine up to 2,000 to 2,500 RPM for 20 seconds or so and the vacuum reading should stabilize to the same reading you got at idle. Let the throttle snap shut. The vacuum reading should shoot up about 5 inches of vacuum higher for a second and then come quickly down to the original reading. If the vacuum reading stays high and comes down slowly with jerky needle movements, you have an exhaust restriction.

Hey guys,
Don't get on here much but thought about ya'll when I was cleaning out my garage. I have some stuff that is collecting dust and getting in my way in the garage. If anyone needs any stuff for their dana 35c I have two (mostly) complete axles and some extra yokes. One axle had 4.10 gears and the other one was stock. The axle with 4.10's slipped the pinion gear and tried to cannibalize the case. Not sure about the stock one bu t it's in peices all over my garage. Also have a couple of 10" drums that seem to be in pretty good shape. Emergency brake cables for 2 door cherokee. Intake manifold off a 95 maybe, probably some other stuff as well.
Also a 1000 pound engine stand and some sort of a 2" receiver hitch for a small truck i think.
Not trying to clutter up the locals but figured that if you guys wanted this stuff I would give you first crack at it. Im gonna put together a craigslist ad tomorrow otherwise.
P.S also have a set of 350 headers and a front chrome bumper for a cj-7
UPDATE* Drums are spoken for at the moment.
