Default Labor Day weekend in the Elk Mountains (8/30 & 8/31)

Unfortunately, Amanda has to work on the holiday again, so it will just be a normal length weekend for us this time. We are planning on heading over to the Elk Mountains and camping near the Marble area (no sure where yet).

Planning on checking out Crystal, Lead King Basin and Schofield Pass for sure. Then we will explore the area with whatever time we have left....maybe even taking some backroads home.

If anyone is interested in meeting up with us for a day or two....let me know.

Since I do not have to work on Labor Day, I am thinking about heading up Baxter Pass near the CO/UT border.....anyone is welcome to join me that day, too
