Alright so i have no business posting here however.... I will be up near the 4 corners area gallup and farmington on a mountain biking expedition all weekend long. If any of you live around that area let me know and i will give you our game plans and you can go mountain biking with us! i am not taking the jeep due to we are taking a more fuel efficient truck(ford ranger). but anyways it will be mainly cross country riding. and here is what i personally ride:

one guy is riding hard tail and the girl that is going up is riding a BMC 120mm full suspension(same as me her bike is heavier)

Hahaha... thanks! Can't wait. Actually, I rode my bike on lunch to get some extra miles in. Rode a loop and felt a headwind the whole time lol. WTF!

I love MTB. Too bad I haven't nearly got as many miles as I was hoping. Only hit the trail a handful of times. Have been on my road bike alot more.

^^^ NICE! You gotta post the specs though!

For MTB, I ride a Trek Fuel 100, F/R lockout, XT/XTR stuff....No pics though...

Road, I just picked up a '09 Fuji Team issue. Carbon, full Ultegra, Kysrium Elite wheelset. W/pedals I'm around 17 lbs +/-... Getting fitted soon. Here's a pic w/reflectors and DD lol.

Nice! Thanks, that's what I've heard.. good to know w/a carbon frame.

Great stable you got there.. I tested out a couple bikes w/SRAM. I really like the double tap. Next bike I get is going to have SRAM.

Hey COSXJFAN I ran Spring creek today. Pretty sick trail. A couple of obstacles you can make really hard. 2 TJ's 1 LJ and 3 XJs and we all drove home. We had to give one XJ and allignment on the side of I-70. I put a tape measure in my toolbox because of last weekend!! He was having death wobble but everything looked fine. I pulled out the tape and he was toed in 1.25 inches!! 10 minute fix. The trail is super close to denver too.

Default nope.

No new steering yet. Need some loot. I am still thinking about fabing my own one ton setup with Creeper aka Seth2 maybe next week. Spring creek was pretty cool. The first obstacle can be made pretty hard and tippy we had an XJ 6.5 longarm with 35s spooled in the rear and open in the front get stuck pretty bad. had to winch him. and the 3rd obstacle is pretty nar nar if you take the hard line. Rock garden is fun too. All in all a pretty cool trail and close to denver. We only had to wait a couple of times not to busy. It would have been nice to go down the trail but we took some bs 12 mile easy trail out. I would much rather go down 5 miles of trail than drive 12 on dusty boring roads. Good trail though. Brock and I did Miller Rock, Middle St. Vrain, Coney Flats, Plane Crash, Bunce School Rd. and Ironclads all today. Man that kid can drive! Although we almost had to recover his jeep from the bottom of a ravine. Ask him about it. It was hairy for a minute. Ar eyou thinking about goin to Grizzly next weekend. I was thinking maybe camp the night before and wheel sunday. Let me know.

Mornin guys!

I just got back from CA last night. Went to a small family reunion in the L.A. area. Left Fri after work, stayed in St George, UT, left early Sat morn. Hit Vegas for 4 hours on the way there, and got to L.A. around 5 pm. Ate, ate, ate. Left Mon @ 4 AM, got home around 8 PM.

TIRED but it was a fun trip. Over 2k miles. My son and my car handled it better than I expected lol.
