Went up Bald Mountain today with a few friends. Never been up there before but its an awesome trail, and the Hobart locker worked awesome.

Attempted the chutes today, didn't go too well. Broke a valve stem that luckily held enough to finish the trail and get me home, and got wedged badly, had to use a hi lift as a comealong to get out.

Got my tire fixed today. If I can get the months of maintenance I'm behind on done before Saturday I'd be down to wheel, always am when I'm free lol

Awesome! What kind of maintenance? I spotted oil next to one of the spark plugs and I am going to check it out and should be good to go!

Yesterday I replaced plugs and did a seafoam treatment, misfire is fixed now. Gotta do a front axle pinion seal and an oil change

Speaking of maintenance, I finally got the notorious '00 cylinder head crack so I'm in the process of pulling the engine apart. Definitely trying to hit some trails once I get this new heavy duty casting in!

Anyone with experience replacing cylinder heads looking for something to do this weekend? I believe I can do it, but if someone who has done it can lend a hand or brain, I would totally show my appreciation with beer.

An old friend and I pulled a 4.0 head at the junkyard in 15 minutes because we forgot water and it was almost 110 degrees and didn't want to be out there longer than necessary lol
