Thanks for the pics, I should of just pop riveted the panels but decided to weld them. Im almost done, a couple more tack welds and Im done... welding. Then grind, prime, undercoat. Im going to angle my bumper until I have the $ to build a wrap around bumper.

I though the point in the fold was to remove the sharp edges so your tire doesn't get slashed...

Not only this but if you cut above the pinch welds your going to have a gap between the inner and outer panel.

So, I just replaced my injectors with a set of 703's. Was pretty easy. The idle seems smoother right away. I have been averaging about 15.5 mpg on average, eager to see if that goes up a bit. I have my tow hooks now, just waiting for some time to put them on. I have been waiting to do much wheeling until I got them on. With out having lockers, I was hesitant to go out till I had recovery points front and rear.

cowl intake, 99 manifold, 703 injectors got me almost 20mpg. and I get 12mpg lol

Yep that is very true. And when u do this and u have no access to a welder. Caulking works

I think i screwed something on my engine, my MPG dropped and it's hesitating really bad.

That be an easy fix just replace the bolts but if you did my write up it will drop about 3/8 to 1/2 inch depending on dead bolt size
