So the past few days (this has happened before but that was a few months ago) I have got in my Jeep and put the key in electronics turn on battery reads 14 volts then when i turn the key nothing. Sometimes the second try works like a charm and sometimes I am sitting there for 10 minutes before it starts. Sometimes I shift through the gears and back into park and it works and sometimes it doesn't. When i turn the key i do her one click but no other noises. I really am not sure what it is. Starter, starter solenoid, CPS??? Can any of these cause this?
