I'd be happy to answer any questions if I can, just shoot me a pm or something. Not claiming to know all, I'm willing to bet Dustin and Josh and several others could walk all over me in some aspects but I'm pretty comfy in my TIG abilities.
CK, I'm happy to help if I have time. If u have any questions or just wanna run beads or something. Practice really makes perfect. I'd suggest really exploring what your machine can do though, cause as soon as you know what adjustments do what, you can start making changes on the fly to account for various things that may pop up.

All of my like "shop" classes were actually at another campus. My highschool and like 3 or 4 others all sent kids to one central campus that housed everything like welding, auto, construction, cooking, etc. etc. etc.
And yeah, I dunno... I got lucky. I passed all of the proficiency requirements for welding 1 and 2 halfway through welding 1 lol.... My teacher was stoked to not be teaching a complete waste case burnout *******. I enjoyed the **** outta that class. When graduation started looming (I managed to take welding 1 my senior year because it was one of the most popular classes between all the high schoools, so it was hard as **** to get into) he approached me and one other guy (actually a buddy of mine, we grew up together haha. He's got a cool YJ, starting his 60s swap last weekend I believe). He told us we didn't suck and what we were planning to do after school, like college or whatever. And neither of us really had anything in mind. So he set up some tours for the two of us with like 3 or 4 local shops who were all hiring. We went in, toured, then I just turned in an application at the shop I liked, my teacher put in a good word, and I was hired before I graduated. I asked to postpone and they were cool with it, I got to graduate and take a month off (long *** road trip, camping, generally fooling about. It was great) before work started. And well, that was that. I raked in the cash and started investing here and there cause I was intrigued with stocks at the time, luckily never lost anything large. Bought some toys, decided to go to school, continued with school. Graduated w/ 2 year degree, now im at CSU working on the other half. /rant. Boom. I dunno why I typed all that. Prolly cause it's 1am and I'm fried from studying and I'm waking up in like 4 hours

Hey everyone. This is Big Purp's wifey and I want to surprise him with a four wheeling trip next weekend cause we haven't gone since we got new tires. So anyone down to do somewhere like Spring Creek? Any ideas hit me up on here. Either Saturday or Sunday the 13th or 14th.
