Way better. Even without siping (yet) the difference on wet pavement is night and day.
My super scientific (not) testing method, last night (before grooving) I gave it half throttle on wet pavement and spun them into second. Tonight in the rain on wetter pavement I hit it just as hard and they just hook up and go. Now just gotta cut the outer lugs and sipe the hell out of the tread and I'll be ready for snow bashin!

Nice. Might do that to mine then, assuming craigslist remains dry and I don't find any 35-37 interco (none of those dumb ones, lol ) tires before winter.

68 bucks shipped from ebay for an ideal groover with a #4 tip and 12 #4 blades (roughly 1/4").
