My work is such bull****! Our shifts are bassed on how much we push and force people to drink and spend more money. The more we push them into spending the better and more shifts we get. Um that sure dosent sounds like a restaurant I would want to eat at if im being pushed to spend more money then I want to. So I treat people like real human beans. Dont push them and try to let them have a great eating experience. And I get punished for being nice and not making the company more money. I get shifts taken away and get crap for hours for the shifts I do have! Total and utter bull****!!!!!!! Anyone know any restaurants hiring? I need to get the F out of there!!!!
