That deal on the front is like an inch thick. I should have gotten pics of it out, but I wanted to get that **** done.

It has sleeves, c gussets, UCA box, beefcake truss. New inner seals.
Rear has hoss truss, put in new superior axles (which are too long in the carrier after the c clip. Need to be ground down 3 mm or so, I found this out after I installed everything). New rear drums/shoes, new seals, new bearings.

Default hey all

Hello all,
Im a newb. I just bought my first jeep. Ive been an automotive tech for 10 years. Excited to build my first offroad/trail vehicle. 95 sport with 250k miles. It's beat to crap but the price was right. Doing a complete tune up service and revamp of the cooling system this weekend. Also have a spare d30 that I have to swap in since the PO went jumping and bent the front axle to hell.
I've read through at least 300 pages of this thread and Im really excited. Only wheeling ive ever done was back in 98 with a stock 92 XJ up lefthand canyon. Wanted one ever since. Can't wait till I can afford for Hudfab to do some tinkering. I have quite a bit of fab experience from previous jobs, but just moved from out of state and dont have access to a welder. Anybody have an extra mig setup they wanna sell cheap?

Where are you Bill? I'm a loner up in Greeley, most people are around Aurora.

And I agree with Fish about a meet n greet. But make it somewhere up north so i don't have to drive 2 hours -.-

Nothing but dirt roads around here. Maybe the occasional puddle. BEst off-roading i;ve done in my rig is cross a drainage ditch just outside my neighborhood. That did not go well.

I think i high-centered. All i know is my back tire was not spinning, so idk what happened.

And who's Colton? Still learning names
