I was a little worried when at the emissions place, one of the kids said "is your windshield tinted?"
Me: uh yeah....
"oh so that's legal and everything?"
Me: uh... yeah....
"oh sweet! that is a badass ride!"
Sweet. 30% all around then, the wording of the laws just confused me.

Sooooo, my face REALLY hurts!

I went to a husky m&G with my GF and dogs yesterday. Afterwards, Dee asked if I wanted to go wheel a little. Of course I said YES!!!

We ended up running up to Lefthand. I hadnt been there since they closed Carnage. Decided to hit 286c (little offchute). Ended up having to throw on the front locker to make the big hill! Def 10 times worse than it was 4 years ago!

So, after 286c, we rolled up to 5 points and took the second to left trail. Not too hard, but I came across a downed tree in the mid of the trail. It wasnt very big, so I said "I got this" and jumped out to move it.

It was really flexable and I couldnt get it to stay out of the trail(still in the ground at the base.).

Then I had the great idea.....Why dont I set a huge boulder on top of it with it to hold it off the trail? Then my brain started to say, this is a bad idea Dustin. Right when I had that thought, the tree lifted the boulder, and shot straight at my face.

After realizing WTF just happened, I grabbed my face to make sure I wasnt bleeding...well I was!!

Face carnage-
Split bottom lip...plus it ripped off most of the skin.
Swollen upper and lower lip.....my lips were already kinda big!
Two loose upper front teeth
Swollen upper gum
And Holy crap my nose hurts!!!!

Jeep Carnage-
None!!...The chop top xj did awesome!!

So, what did I learn yesterday? Listen to my brain when it even says, this is a bad idea!!!!

Happy Monday?

What I was told is %30 all around is legal. Or %20 on the back, with nothing on driver and front passenger windows. And nothing on the windshield in either case.

Has to be a full case locker like Detroit. Lunch box locker won't work.
