Tried a 195*...same symptoms
Tried a 165*...same symptoms
Tried without t-stat...same symptoms.
Im at a loss and havent touched it in days.
Thanks for all the pointers though!
BTW, swapping 4.0Ls can be a huge pain at times!!! Esp. when the person is rocking TNT long arms with the belly pan. Had to drop the axle to change the engine.
While changing this customers engine, I found some HUGE cracks on his newish Banks header. I was a little suprized at this.
