Thought about it ,but don't want the typical cage , As the typical cage done with typical bender has a slightly box-ish look , So I'll probably ...pay...The best shop in town...CrawlerTech (shameless-Plug) to build me a ...Ring Rolled cage ,so it follows the body lines ,and still looks like an XJ , But first I need to get me an Atlas 4.3 and a CNC line lock ,Which I'll pick up next month , which means a weekend or two routing brake lines/fitting in the line lock to look decent ...This way I can do front digs with rear brakes only locked up .

You can avoid that boxed collapsed and stretched look of the bends by filling (packing) the tubing with moist sand or filling it with water was another method mentioned by a old school welder I know.

they do that to keep tube from kinking, but you'll never follow the roofline of an xj with a basic bender like a jd tools ...even if you don't kink the tube it will not be possible to follow the line with a compound bender .

Yeah I suppose .. Eric seemed to do a pretty smooth job with his bender. I like his exo, It follows the roof smoothly

I'm probably way to concerened about making the exo perfect ,Since it will be getting smashed into everything I squeeze a full bodied Jeep through .
