Well one of the exit trails was, there were all kinda of fallen trees and we actually had to go off the trail to get around some of it.

Last June they had to close sevenmile because it was washed out to the point it was impassable. My buddy said there was a Jeep on 38s stuck up to the windows.

I would assume you are correct!!....or they are affraid to get dirty.
