You would need to buy or build an aftermarket steering system to go otk.

Search OTK steering.

I think you misunderstood him....You would never just run one side of your tie-rod OTK.

You may be able to drill out your knuckles and use tapered spacers with your stock steering, but I would HIGHLY discourage it. You really need to get rid of the y inthe steering like jeepfreak said.....He did word it kinda funny, so I may be wrong.
