How did you calculate 11 mpg? What's your gearing and tire size?

32's with 3.56 I believe...whatever stock is.
I calculated it by filling it up completely then run it till I'm pretty much on fumes then fi it up and take the gallons I put in divided by the trip miles.

Your calculations are off. you need to swap out for the correct speedometer gear. your mpg are probably more like 15mpg

Speedo is spot on, former owner did whatever to get to the correct mph.

Have you actually checked the speedo gear. You will never know the former owner could be pulling your chain. That's what is hard about buying built already since don't know what all was done. You just going by hear say type of deal

It's a lot easier to just not give a **** about mpg when you drive a lifted jeep. I gave up caring years ago and it prevented baldness.

Well Cotey checked it out and said it was redone. How would I check for sure. Cuz I'm dumping 50 bucks every 6 days into it and I really need to do something to get a bit better mileage

Just replaced the upstream sensor and spark plugs.

If I had a job I wouldn't give a **** about mileage haha.

I get 14 with 3.55 and 33s that measure 30.25inches
