Denver area XJ owners... looking for a little local knowledge.

Who has gone with the 2" budget lifts? Any regrets ? I have stock 99XJ, and I am debating about lift. She needs to be very road worthy on the highway's and really just looking for a little more clearance for the rougher back country forest roads.

Suggestions? Things to look out for? Most I would go on tires would be 30's... I have a set of Falken Rcky MT AT on my Z71 and I love them.

I have a DD with a 2” budget lift and 31's and a toy with a 5-1/2” lift and 33's. My DD see a lot of highway and dirt. The only problem I had with the lift was the caster angle. I had to add a 1/8” shim to the stock LCA to get rid of the death wobble the lift gave me. I also added 1-1/2” wheel spacers to give it a wider stance. No regrets for a DD but I would not do it on a trail rig.

Just get a front 3.5" spacer and the rear get a 2" block with 1.5" shackle

2" shackle added onto a 3" lift. What are your guys thoughts and just get longer coils for the front and new shocks all around of course
