That's a good time to go since all the trails should be open then. Bad part with that time is all the trails get packed on the weekends. So it depends if you want to go on the really popular ones and wait a while in trail traffic jams or go less popular and run more trials.

Nice. I would love to have a tj. Having a wife, kid and dog there would not be enough room. Maybe a JKU some day.

But give him a call
Thanks man! For the record since this is out there on the internet and I don't want it to reflect badly on Toby or his shop at all in case somebody stumbles across this post:

I spoke to Toby and he is going to pass on my phone number and info to the guy I bought carrier from (Chris). Apparently he just works a little bit for Toby and is not really a full employee. I happened to meet him there at the shop when I picked the bumper up because he was working there at that time. Hopefully Chris will get back to me soon and we can get it resolved.

Just to be clear: Rock Rash looks like an awesome shop from what I saw and Toby seems like a good dude. Thanks for the help everybody!

Sigh. Chris is still ignoring me so I had to spend $67 with Detours for parts and shipping to get the missing pieces which are probably still bolted to his Jeep. Chris, if you're reading this, you can lick my nuts.

When I was with Jesse last, I believe he said Chris was in the process of moving.

Chasing the guy seems fair to me since I see you already paid him for something and got it incomplete ...lol...if I knew you already bought something and got the shaft I would not have said leave it alone I'd say put a foot in his A--

Moving or not, I think 2 weeks is still enough time to reply to a text message or return a phone call. Funny thing, I tried calling him from home phone because I figured he was avoiding my cell #. Didn't even leave a message, just called and hung up when I got his voicemail. He called that number back a few hours later! I talked to him for about 10 seconds before the call got cut off accidentally. Haven't heard from him since.

My parts from Detours are supposed to ship today. Maybe I can finally get the tire carrier on this weekend. I'm cleaning and painting the rest of the parts this week.

Did you make it to Slaughterhouse? Is it still snowy up there? I'd like to try that one soon.
