Okay so the idler pulley was loose but it did not fix the noise. I tightened the belt up and it still didn't fix it, now when I try to loosen the belt the bolt to loosen it just comes out it doesn't loosen it at all...beginning to get very frustrated with this :/

Did you loosen ALL the pump bolts? There are a couple on the back side of the pump.
Make sure you are tensioning it right.

Did you loosen ALL the pump bolts? There are a couple on the back side of the pump.
Make sure you are tensioning it right.
