So... I inherited this jeep from a family friend who passed away. It came with the snorkel, ARB bumper, warn winch, full 3" OME lift installed. It also came with a spare np231j t-case (it has a slip yoke eliminator but it's a very thin low profile looking one, not the longer ones like I've seen before), a Dana44 axle and a 5sp tranny that I sold to put some money in the "jeep fund", so since I never did a build thread with my last jeep I figured I might as well do one for this one, however slow the build may be ha

 

First thing I did was get new wheels. I went with American Racing (AR23 if I remember right)

 

Then I cut and folded the front fenders. I took the rear off too but decided to put them back on because I didn't really like the way it looks without bumper caps. So until I get a new rear bumper I will leave them on

EDIT: my timeline was off this was the first thing I did ha

 

Then for my birthday my mom ordered me a 62mm throttle body from Jeepers and Creepers out of California

 

Then I herculined the rocker panels and along the edge I folded to clean it up

And my most recent upgrade was painting and swapping out the axle

All bolted in. Still need to finish the breaks. Been really busy with finishing up the semester and transitioning from my school year job and summer job but I am picking up new break lines today
