i really need to go back to 15x8 wheels my 15x10 take up too much room and rub before i can flex too much

I'm looking for a working np231. I have a 96 grand that I'm swapping in a 5.9 and 46re and need a tc to replace the old, tired,and failing 249.Please call or text me 702-501-2318. My name is Calvin and I live in NLV.

There's a guy on JeepForum selling one for $1000. Has an SYE and Teraflex 4:1 kit

Does the 4:1 kit really do much? You could stay under 500 with a junkyard unit and new sye...unless that 1000 includes a driveshaft?

Thanks for the replies. Got a case off CL. That plus a SYE kit from Adams and I will be in it under $500. I'll post some pics soon.

Instead low being (I think) 1:2.8 it's 1:4. Allowing for more low gear.

231 has a low range of 2.72 to 1.
