Looked at this last year. Not worth the asking price with the problems it has. Was invloved in an accident prior to him owning it and the deployed airbag is only part of the problem. Needs quite a bit of work IMO...

it looks like it needs a bunch of work, but that d44 is intriguing. I want to upgrade the rear end eventually, but not the one I have. I actually had a friend who sold an 87 cherokee laredo a few years ago. It had a heavduty towing package and the d44. we sold the entire car with no title for 500$. Had a dead cylinder too, but I keep kicking myself for letting it go.

 

I decided to sell my XJ, not pretty but runs good. All the items listed as being on the rig are from the guy that I bought it from so I can't verify. It now has different rims and tires, heated up once on the freeway, has a shimmy sometimes at 55 mph and above, interior dirty, a/c not hooked up, I have another diff that came with it, and a new rear sway bar if I can find it. 140,200 miles. $2500 firm and pics at:
