trauma sheers are the ****.. haha. im trying to put in hood vents aswell, hopefuly it will help with the heat. I keep overheating under small loads and after about an hour of driving. trying to find a good fix for this, may buy a zj fan upgrade this weekend.
what have you guys used for hoodvents? just mesh from homecheapo or lowes?

the system isn't bad. braking is alittle funky and speed handles really weird.
make sure you replace the top ca bushing before you install the arm. I didn't and my bushing is worn like crazy and now it makes a **** ton of noise.. I ran the system at 6.5 and now 4.5 inch lifts and so far I haven't found a weak spot. the brackets alittle sketchy but its held up to some decent wheeling.
only reason I chose it is because it was different and I wanted to try something new. but when I upgrade my d30 im tossing on a custom mid/long arm 3link.

If you guys are overheating then you have a problem with your cooling system... these hood vents will help obviously but you need to do a overhaul on your whole system.

I had a overheating problem before so I just replaced everything and now I have zero issues.

Vegas desert heat is right around the corner.
Time for coolant flushes/overhauls, fan upgrades, new Tstats. and a bottle of water wetter.
Hood vents only do so much, think i will do hood spacers instead. And keep the original hood look.

I replaced the UCA bushings at the axle. Still waiting for the kit too. Can't wait to drive it with no AC in the Vegas heat...

Starting mine the beginning of next month.

I'm thinking I may go with the all aluminum Champion radiator.

Alot better, It locks up at a lower temp moving alot more air.

Hood vents are only gonna help when you are moving. sitting in traffic your Rad and system will be doing the work. Get a good 3 core and flush everything. Driving home from ca on monday my temp was at the first mark just cruising and on the hills and in traffic would jump right up to 210 where it belongs
