If i have to guess....about 1/4" maybe. It's flushed with the hole and welding a nut over it won't help....not that i have a welder tho .

Any idea?

Failed!

Tried breaking it with center punch.
Tried breaking it with pin punch.
Tried drilling it with cobalt drills.
I would try a larger extractor but i can't drill a hole into it.

I Totally lost now ,
I might need to pay for help....

Help please.
