Where can I go wheeling with a stock XJ?

Title says it all... I will be installing a 3" lift and 31's soon enough but for now it would be cool to see what the XJ can do stock... it's got pretty mild tires on it and open diffs but hey it's a Jeep.
Anywhere I can take it out wheeling within an hour or two of Portland? I guess Browns has some milder trails? Anywhere else I should look into?

there are plenty of trails in portland, i am not so knowledgeable of them, but hit up CJ on here, he knows most of them
