yea i like long trail rides, the name's David. i dont see a problem with denny's. i just want to make sure we get as many people up the mountain at the same time, and i have no problem with meeting out there later (that means i can sleep in!) all we need is a solid meeting point and time before saturday. i have only been to walker a couple times myself, due to work getting in the way alot. so i am by far from the trail leader here.

David, this is your trip. Just throwing that idea out there cuz that is a good place for the guys coming from out of the area. We can meet them just off the freeway and lead them out to Walker. I counted up all the guys who rogered up on your thread. If everybody shows that is 8 Cherokees, so far. Hopefully more guys will see it and want to join us. It's funny, I see lifted Cherokees right here in Oak Harbor and on the base of guys that I still haven't been wheeling with. It's not that big of a town...LOL.

yea like this one guy i would like to meet that has a blue cammo paint job., i want to ask him how he did it, so i can do mine like that (or similar). but i like the dennys idea, that way we could meet there at noon, and decide from there if people want to eat or not.

ok guys, here is the address:

and here is the google map of it. just put in the directions and lets meet there at noon, that way it gives people time to get out there, even if they have late work.

http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&bi...e&ved=0CCYQtgM

here is my number:

(805) 558-4503

just call (or text) me if you are going, and if you need more time, then we will just eat and hit the hills at 1pm or so. does anyone object to that one? i do like the part that we actually sit down and meet eachother first.

David, you guys should stick to your original plan of meeting at 9am or whenever and wherever the original plan was. Assetts91 (Alex), Me and possibly Ryans96XJ (Ryan) will be showing up later. The rest of you shouldn't change your plan just for a couple of us. I have your number. I can find out what trail you guys are on when we get there and catch up with you.

sounds good enough to me. once i finnaly meet up with you guys, then it wont be so hard to arrange a time to go, as i will just be able to call. oh well. 9am it is, at dennys, the same location for all that want to meet at 9am. once the rest of the guys get there (if we are not to far up the hill, or on our way down for the first time) then we can meet you somewhere in the middle. let just keep it at 9, and if you show up late, just hit me up and we will meet somewere on the trail (as you can tell i havent made to many trip plans of my own). will look forward to seeing everyone there, if not, there is always next weekend!

Sounds good. Do you have a CB? I will be on channel 8 just in case we cant get through on cell phones. There is a lot of no service are up there. I got called up last weekend to rescue a guy broke down on the trail. They could only communicate through texting. A call would not go through.

Alex, you saved that kids' A$$. Your text was the only way I knew to come up there. Matt texted me earlier but I bet he didn't even think to text me.
