What did you do to your XJ today??
So I got my spool in my 8.8 last night and that was a pain to put in had to grind my c-clips and the pin, now that's crazy. Then I had to add some metal to one of my leaf spring perches cause the hole was oval out. After that me and two of my buddy's went to a Wheelin spot by are house it was about 1 o'clock last night jeep did excellent, on the way out I decided that I would make my own trail through the bushes now that was a very stupid idea. I ended up driving up a stump that I never seen and rolled my jeep luckily we wasn't the only people out there got her flipped back over and it started right up broke my back passenger window out and put a couple more dent on it that's about it. Now bring on the busy wild!

well since my wife was using my jeep yesterday and kept me from using it today for a walker trip, i decided to fix her car and now i got it back! so i decided i would start painting it this weekend (or atleast getting it ready for paint). i will be painting it blue camo, using my existing silver paint as the base, and add some blue, dark gray, black and light blue. the under body is getting bedliner, and so is the roof. the lower doors and rockers will be bedliner as well, as they see alot of damage from flying debree. so basicly the side of the jeep will be camo, and the hood and the hatch, not the under or the roof. it is still gonna look AWESOME! so here are some pics of what i started on, hope to finish before my trip to Elbe next weekend!

Shakedown cruise with the guys. I'm the only XJ in the group, but heard a lot of "I thought about getting one of those..." Got a lot of good ideas to do to my Jeep, found some of the weak points, got a better plan for what to do first, and what can wait.
