I know this was last weekend but I put on a new factory roof rack. Then I installed some cheap autozone lights.

I put on some of HDenginering's frame stiffners today. The gap between the holes and the frame are a little ridiculous. I used plenty of clamps and still couldn't close the gap very well. I guess my unibody is a little more bent than I thought.

Mine fought me all day yesterday trying to change out the ball joints today I finally (with a torch and a real big hammer) managed to separate the front cv axle from the bearing. This was after the 10k lb press that didn't work and then the puller that didn't work all with rust break loose fluid which finally helped when I went from the 3 lb. sledge to the 10 lb. sledge. Can't wait to do the other side next weekend. I ended up replacing everything but the knuckle. On the lighter side even after spending $320.00 that I wasn't expecting to that includes the bearing and axle for the passenger side. I figure the other side is gonna have the same problem and I'll be there already. Just wish I had video of it for you all. Oh and for anyone interested I picked up my energy suspension bushing master set for $99.00 from a company called streetside auto. The cheapest place I've found for the set the red set is $109.00 I bought black (didn't see the need to spend extra money for the color which by the way is not graphite impregnated like the black set for self lubrication and wear, you learn something new every day I guess.)

Ah and by the time I'm done I figure the entire front end, bushings and all will be newer than the entire jeep. Next on the list of to dos well the other side and then all the bushings then new shocks. she may not be pretty but she's gonna drive.

You know you want to continue donating parts to members of the armed forces.
