That is a major score, I wish I knew when the half off days are at my local jy. I went to 3 today to find very few xj's, which were all heavily picked over.

Worked on my rear tri link build. Got all links mocked up, and ready to be Burnt in tomorrow.
To do list:
Burn in links,
Burn in axle side mounts
Remove frame side mount plates, burn in mounts
Reinstall frame mount plates burn those in,
Burn in coil mounts,
Finish up little things...
Take out and wheel!

Installed and tested the new Aussie locker in my 8.25. Lovin it so far! Not hard by any means but crap I wish I would have just taken it to my friends with his lift.. And warmed up the gear oil, took me half as long to fill up the diff with fluid as it took me to install. Wish I would have taken pictures but my hands were oily and I was losing day light.

As long as it was within spec you shouldnt have any problems with it. I have one in my 8.25 as well and love it. Did you replace the side gear thrust washers?
