Picked up a nice little winch bumper for 60 bucks!

Got the top deck all sanded down and threw some rustoleum on it before bed liner.

Also figure out its brand new and never been mounted up = awesome!
Lesson learned - never leave stuff at an exs(girlfriend or wife!) house. They will sell it for cheap! They have no use for it and don't care. And a cheap lucky bastard like me will get a hella deal.

Definitely a good chance il be doing that. I was looking at it and didn't really like that I'd possibly be winching, relying on 8 bolts... 4 each side lol brackets are nice tho bolt into steering box n everything. I was also thinking about Making a new brace for the otherside of the frame rails with bolt slides to strengthen that at the same time.

Boxed in the right hand side end of the frame. Crummy pics. But its better than nothing. An just a pic of what it looks like so far. Still have more cross braces to add in

i built covers for the crap job someone did before me on cutting out the rear quarter panels for more clearance. they left a big open gap in it so that rain, mud and what ever else could would get in the back end.
