The 9000 have a better compression rating than the 8000. All RC shock are good for a budget tho. Rough country is owned by a company that specializes in hydraulics and such

Lol just save up an buy good ones, that way you don't end up buying crappy ones an have to buy new ones a year down the road. That's the way I look at it.

He's already saving up for that locker lol. It's hard to get money, especially when you are still in school. That's the problem with this hobby on a low budget, figuring out what to get and sacrificing that other upgrade. Id say get shocks soon, blown shocks can really put a hurt on your ride when you are wheeling

Ive got about 6.5" of lift and I run Skyjacker N8063R and N8049R shocks. Decent cheap shocks. At full droop I could max them out before I put Bar Pin eliminators on. With BPEs I am still pretty close, but they do the job for now until I can afford some Bilsteins.

Lol ya, I think we've all been there at one point. I had fun trying out my winch and ****** block too, Im just glad we were all prepared and somewhat experienced at wheeling or it could have been ugly. That was my first time at walker and Im hooked, Im definately gonna have to do it again.

I love walker because it's got EVERYTHING! Lol. If it wasn't for wade, this trip wouldn't have happened anyways. Was his idea, damn good idea! I go to walker all the time so if anyone wants to do another run let me know. We can take a few rigs up there and run EVERY trail
