Default Walker Valley 3/8/13

Had a good run at walker Valley today. Started the day off with the mainline up to the expressway. There was very little snow, even the upper pit was snowless. On the way down, I hit Ron's run, then over to check out the ridge ram makeover. I took a couple photos of the trail head, didnt turn out so well. The trail is now wider (15ft wider) and covered with two and three man boulders . Even with all the new rock, the trail is still veryyyyyy muddy, make it difficult for getting traction. I think this will be a good reason to swap up to 35s.

I wish I had taken more pics since it was so nice out. But I was by myself and decided to keep most of my focus on the trails. Just FYI, there is a lot more to these trails than seen in the photos. So don't think walker valley is easy because of my few pics.

Looks better than most anything I faced at Elbe this past weekend. They are slowly turning Elbe into the next Tahuya. It seems you either got to hit the busywild and winch all day or the rest of the trails which are becoming super easy.
I really got to make a trip to Walker one of these days.
