Ok so I'm planning a trip up to walker next month. I'm hoping to get a group together of some capable rigs and have a good day of wheeling up there.

Nah I wouldn't be surprised if he can still get that yj everywhere I can get my Jeep throw. Plus once he sees it at work maybe he would want one lol.

 

Nah my last rig was a 7 inch lifted long armed zj on 35s locked and geared front and rear........I think being super flexy takes a lot of fun out of wheeling, every thing becomes way to easy! And I am throwing full metalcloak armor on it, install chromo shaft f&r with a rear 8.8 c clip eliminator kit and a rear spool to replace my lunch box locker, along with 37's and a new set of corbeau Baja rs seats, and now a rear driveline as well :/

 

If my bumper and winch were here by then I'd consider it.

 

I am going on Monday its presidents day so i am out of school and, i work on all weekends so i have to take advantage of the few days i get off!

 

The ridge rams will be up at walker on saturday 2/16, to work on placing boulders on the ram ridge trail. They're asking for local wheelers to come out and test the trail, so they don't build it to difficult.

 

I might consider going depends on whether or not I have work that day

They have most of the trails on that site, but its up near Mt. Vernon. Quite the drive for me down here in Centralia..but I will end up going sometime this summer. Going to try and hit all the places up this year.

 

Hay I have a question for the masses of the area, can you guys tell me what is the smallest tire that they ran up at Walker Vally and what was the most difficult trail that they took those tires on? I have a modest lift and newer 30/9.5/15s and I want to take my kids out.

 

Walker has a wide range of trails, and there are a few you can do on 30s with no problem. Best bet would be to get a map off the net and a discover pass. Trails like the lower main line, first timer and humps n bumps are pretty easy and lots of fun.

 

Hello, is there any one in the skagit area that has a usable 30/9.5/15 laying about that could be given to a low budget wheeler? I have a pair of usable 35/12.5/15 that i can trade with. My jeep needs a full size spare.
